Welcome,

I'm an attorney specializing in matters of international taxation and estate and asset planning for private individuals and small or family-run businesses.

My practice focuses on advising clients on how to navigate the complex regulations and conflicts of law that arise in matters of taxation, inheritance & estate planning, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

I also offer general legal advisory services to artists, entrepreneurs, and content creators seeking guidance in understanding their legal rights and liabilities, as well as demystifying contract terms and empowering them in negotiations.

I have been working with clients directly since starting my solo practice in 2017. I received my BA in Economics (with Honors) from the University of Chicago, my JD from the George Washington University Law School, and my LLM (with a certificate in International Taxation) from the Georgetown University Law Center.

I am currently barred in the District of Columbia. I have also recently qualified to be a solicitor in England & Wales and expect to be fully admitted by the Solicitor’s Regulatory Authority by Spring 2024
